About
Me
I am a practising Integrative Arts Psychotherapist working
from Clinics in Lewes, Brighton and London. My integration of theoretical concepts includes
Transactional Analysis, Gestalt and Jungian Theory. I provide
art experiences and materials including: Sandtray and Objects,
Paints, Clay, Oil Pastels, Bodywork, Movement and Sound. I
also encourage the use of the Imagination and Metaphor. I
facilitate movement or dialoguing with images to explore and
reveal a bridge between each person’s conscious and
unconscious worlds.
